This book is truly a canner's bible so to speak - Definitely a 5 * Book that every home canner should own.  When I am looking at other canning recipes, I refer to this book to double check times and safety of canning certain products in the home. The book is 376 pages and is available to order from the University of Georgia.

This book offers a plethora of safely preserving foods for today.  From beginner to expert, this book has so much detailed information that is easily understood, concise and well written.
